The Government of Canada has officially launched its vision for the 150th Anniversary of Confederation.  As part of this initiative, Canadian Heritage has introduced a fund that will support regional and local projects that celebrate our shared values, achievements, natural environment and our place in the world.

Rob encourages local organizations in Don Valley West to apply and participate in this exciting national project. It is a great way to increase awareness of the outstanding work organizations in our community perform and display how they represent the very best of what Don Valley West and Canada have to offer.

The Canada 150 Fund will be administered by the Ministry for Canadian Heritage. Eligible funding recipients include Canadian not-for-profit organizations, Canadian business corporations, Canadian schools, and Canadian municipal governments and their institutions.
